The foundation of our company is built entirely on the resilience, grit, and unmatched expertise of Jilbram Lazaro, our founder.
Jilbram Lazaro; Founder
With over 20 years of dedicated trade experience, he mastered his foundational electrical skills while working on complex, high-power grids inside the world-class Georgia Aquarium. When the 2008 recession hit, the company he was with went under, leaving our family in a tough spot. But because he had spent years building an impeccable reputation for honesty and elite craftsmanship across Atlanta, he persevered through the hardest years of the economic crash, relying on word-of-mouth jobs from people who knew they could trust his hands. He kept our family afloat through pure determination, showing me what it truly means to take pride in your craft no matter how hard the circumstances get.
By 2012, his reputation as a master of the trade caught the attention of a major electrical firm that needed the best field leader available. They put him in charge of leading the massive low-voltage conduit installation all throughout the iconic Mercedes-Benz Stadium. His job was incredibly intense: he sat with the master engineering blueprints, pulled out his measuring tape, and personally mapped out and instructed multiple field teams exactly where and how miles of industrial conduit had to be placed. He carried the structural safety of a multi-billion-dollar landmark on his shoulders. Tragically, while working on that site, he suffered a severe on-the-job injury that forced our family into a terrifying legal battle for workers' compensation. It was a scary, vulnerable time because he physically could not work, but his spirit never broke. The moment the dust settled and he healed, he immediately went right back to working for himself, refusing to let an injury stop his lifelong passion for the trade.
In 2018, he landed a massive corporate contract to completely remodel an entire apartment complex in Smyrna, which marks the official moment I stepped in to work alongside him full-time. He taught me everything he knew with the same strict, stadium-grade discipline he used on Atlanta's biggest landmarks. After completing that project cleanly, we partnered with a local basement remodeling contractor from 2019 to 2023. We poured our hearts into those homes, but in 2023, that contractor suddenly went bankrupt and left us holding the bag, owing our family business thousands of dollars for completed work. Once again, instead of letting a bad situation break us, we used it as fuel to grow. We pivoted entirely, adapting our skills to stand completely on our own two feet as an independent powerhouse.

Since 2023, we have successfully expanded into a premier multi-service team, handling a massive variety of complex industrial, heavy commercial, and high-end residential projects all across the metro area. Through every single economic crash, corporate bankruptcy, and physical injury we have faced, our standard of excellence has never wavered a single millimeter. In all our years of service, there has never been a single point where we had a falling out with a client, failed to meet project expectations, or failed a city building inspection. My dad truly is the most talented, precise, and honest electrician you could ever possibly meet, and when you hire our family team, you aren’t only getting his 20yrs of experience but a new and revived team of multiple growing electricians being directed and led by a man who can do it all because he’s seen it all.
